Eat&Co., based on Sydney's lower north shore, is the brainchild of Sam Batchelor - resident chef, gastro-genious recipe developer, and dishy deliveryman! Sam's time in the hospitality industry, in establishments including Sydney’s Rockpool, has honed a humble philosophy to showcase quality, seasonal produce in both traditional and contemporary recipes.

Initially established as a bespoke catering firm, specialising in small, personal events, Eat&Co. quickly cooked up an 'at home' offshoot following requests for regular access to their homely and flavour-packed fare. In addition to event work and custom cooking workshops, Eat&Co. produce breakfast, lunch and main meals for weekly delivery, together with portable snacks, larder essentials and weekly specials.    

Seasonality is important at Eat&Co. so you won’t see the same meals rotated again and again. A genuine love for creating using local produce, necessitates that dishes be determined by nature; weekly market spotting’s and weather dictate the menu. Dietary requirements, allergies, or simple dislikes are taken into account, but Eat&Co. relish the opportunity to incorporate variety and surprise in each weekly drop – no lengthy decision making or menu selection process ahead of time!
